CommerceWeaver Pro™ offers many tools that have been of great benefit to us as we built our website. For example, we can easily manage and maintain an online inventory of products that we wish to have visible to public view, but have the option of "hiding" the products we are not ready to sell online. This tool is very useful, especially during the initial start up phase of the web site. We have utilized the Product Sub-Options tool, which allows visitors to configure their purchases by selecting the color, size, and other options making it possible to purchase the most suitable product for their needs. The Product Association tool has been very useful to us as well. This tool allows us to associate multiple products to a single product, thus increasing the potential for sales by allowing a visitor who is viewing a specific product, see up to three related products on the same page.

Other benefits we enjoy from CommerceWeaver Pro™ are the built-in reporting tools that perform a wide variety of functions such as generating reports for sales revenue and tax collection that can be exported into CSV or XML format so that the data can be imported from the online reports onto your computer. The other tools, such as traffic monitoring, and search keyword and results analysis, are a great help in determining our customers' needs.

CommerceWeaver Pro™ provides our customers with the flexibility to shop without requiring them to create an account or login first, since many customers could be turned away otherwise. Some of the other customer features include order tracking, order history, account creation and updating, and more.

My name is Craig Brown with the International Fabric Collection. I initially found CommerceWeaver Pro™ through the VeriSign site with its listing of integrated shopping carts. I looked for a long time for a totally integrated e-commerce package. I was dissatisfied with different servers performing different functions. I evaluated many e-commerce packages but only found one that performed all the functions well. CommerceWeaver Pro™ is indeed a totally integrated package that works exceedingly well on the getahostnow.com server. The software has everything you need from a beginning to end e-commerce package. The control panel with its many options is very straight forward and there is very little learning curve. Everything is modularized and interconnected so well that after setup very little maintenance is required. Changes in style and templates are very easy to perform. Category creation and product entry could not be simpler and yet there is a great deal of sophistication and flexibility with regard to adding new features. This is a scalable program that works well for small or large sites.

All the stages of completing an order transaction are performed within your website. Customer order history is a great feature. The statistics feature works well. There is very little delay in program function. Our customers repeatedly tell us how fast our website is now.

The response from the support team is very fast and very satisfying. I have never had access to the problem solvers like this team exhibits. If a problem does come up they address it immediately and you know quickly that somebody is working on your problem. If you need a new feature created they are working on it very shortly. If a bug is found they fix it. Customer service from this team is A+ and so is the package itself.

CommerceWeaver Pro™ is an excellent program for our research team, especially for collaboration using the news, calendar and forums. What is great is that all of our team members can keep track of what is going on through RSS feeds when we are not at the site. We like the forums because we can collaborate, share files, and other things. If we need to get together from different locations, we just hop on the chat room.

Being the webmaster I'm using CommerceWeaver Pro™ mainly for its point-click ease of use and, since we rarely have hours upon hours and people to program the site, its immense tool set, and content and template manager. It really is a big plus to mod web pages, add pages, change the look of the site by clicking some buttons and have CommerceWeaver Pro™ handle synchonizing and publishing all of the changes, updating code and such for me. I can't tell you the last time I actually had to use Dreamweaver™ because I find this to be so much easier!

My site, www.landruscapes.com, is an Art site that allows me to present my work for public viewing and, of course, sales. CommerceWeaver Pro™ is a self-sufficient program that allows the site owner to manage their own website which is surprisingly easy to operate. You are able to add or eliminate products, make changes to an existing product, keep track of how many viewers go to your site and to what specific page(s), and it comes with a shopping cart that you can manage even with customizable charges for shipping and handling. All of the things that you would have to keep paying other site managers or webmasters to do for you are at your disposal to do for yourself. So you eliminate extra costs in having your program changed. You are also given choices in formats as well.

For me CommerceWeaver Pro™ has been a great help in launching my business to the internet. I am able to set up links between my site and art sites through a reciprocal links manager that came with CommerceWeaver Pro™. Since I have signed on to CommerceWeaver Pro™ my sales have doubled and the exposure of my work has been phenomenal. My art work has been accepted into 9 galleries around the world.
