With the Form & Email List Manager, creating and maintaining online forms has never been simpler. A form creation wizard walks a person through the steps necessary to create an online form. Once the form is created, a database dedicated to saving data from the form can be created at the click of a button which is automatically maintained! You can even specify which form fields should be required to be filled out and how they should be validated. The best part is, you never have to touch any programming code!

As people submit to the form, those individuals can be automatically emailed with a response that may include a file attachment (such as a gift certificate, etc). Later, if you need to email all of the people that had submitted to a particular form, all you need to do is select the form and use the email function to email all of them with your message and an optional file attachment.

 
  • Create New Forms - This allows you to create forms of virtually any magnitude both quickly and easily. Simply follow along with a wizard that helps you with the creation process and if you have questions an integrated about section shows the details of what is being prompted for. Here are the form elements that the wizard helps you with:
    • Hidden Fields

    • Radio Fields
    • Checkbox Fields

  • Tie Forms To Databases - This allows you to maintain a database for each form that you create where user submitted information is stored. The process is automated, all you need to do is activate or deactivate database storing for a form you have created. To get the content of a database, you can easily export the database into CSV or XML format to download.
  • Edit Existing Forms - This allows you to edit a form that you have already created.
  • Get Link To A Form - This generates the link code needed to allow your users to get to the form and fill it out.
  • Send Email - This allows you to select a form you created, compose an email message and then send that email message to all of the users that have completed the form in text or html format and with a file attachment.
  • Download List - This allows you to download the email list collected from a form to your computer.
  • Remove List - This allows you to remove email lists associated with forms to free up web site space.
  • Integrated Validation - When you create questions in your form, you can also specify how you want the user input to be validated:
    • Text Length Validation - How many characters are required to be input by the user before it is accepted
    • Alphanumeric Validation - Allows only alphabetic and numeric characters
    • Numeric Validation - Allows only numeric characters
    • Email Address Validation - Validates syntax of an email address input by the user
  • HTML Templates - You can copy-n-paste your own html design template into a form you create to completely and easily customize its look. The same template that is attached to a form can also be used when sending email messages.
  • Integrated CSS Referencing - The elements of the form (such as a text field) are referenced to CSS classes. This means that you can write your own class for an element in the form to customize its appearance and then place it in the html template you created. It's that simple!
  • Sending Email - You can determine whether the user, after they complete a form, should receive an email message automatically in text or html format and with or without a file attachment.
  • Email Responder - After a user completes a form, you can specify where a backup copy of that data goes and also who will be receiving the data so it can be processed.
  • Customized Message - After a form is completed you can specify whether the user is to get an email message that you specify (for instance you have a message you want to communicate), as well as if you would like the user to receive a copy of what they had submitted in the form.
  • File Attachment - You can attach a file (such as a .zip, .pdf, etc) to your forms. This means that if you elect to send the user an email message after they complete a form, the file is attached directly to the email message and sent to the user.
  • Import/Export Lists - This allows you to import existing lists that you may have into the forms manager in CSV or XML format as well as export those lists. You can also email recipients in a list in text or html format, and even include a file attachment.
  • Add/Remove Addresses - You can easily add and remove email addresses from lists and forms.
